High energy boxing/kickboxing class is an incredible cross-training workout that delivers results and keeps you motivated. Includes boxing, kickboxing, resistance training, abdominal work, calisthenics & Plyometrics to burn fat, gain lean muscle, gain flexibility & increase cardiovascular strength and endurance.
